1. Maritime Transport: The most widely used mode of transport in global trade, handling over 80% of global volume. Ideal for bulky, heavy, or large-scale cargo when transit times are manageable. We work with the main shipping lines connecting the Colombian ports of Buenaventura, Cartagena, and Barranquilla with destinations in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

3. Ground Transportation: The backbone of national distribution. Between 2011 and 2021, 79% of cargo transported in Colombia was by road. We work with certified and authorized carriers, using real-time GPS tracking, to connect ports and airports with your warehouse or plant anywhere in the country.

Our logistics partners go beyond simply moving goods. Each service is designed to give you visibility, control, and certainty at every stage.
1. Coordination of Entry to Authorized Warehouses and Free Trade Zones (OTM/DTA): We manage the transfer of your merchandise from the port of arrival to an authorized warehouse (public or private) or a Free Trade Zone, with suspension of customs duties through a Customs Transit Declaration (DTA) or continuation of the journey under a Multimodal Transport Operation (OTM). This capability allows you to defer the payment of tariffs and VAT, partially clear the merchandise through customs according to your actual demand, and optimize cash flow. We coordinate carriers authorized by the DIAN (Colombian Tax and Customs Authority), manage the transit closure, and guarantee delivery to the warehouse or free trade zone without regulatory issues.
2. Real-Time Shipment Tracking: Complete traceability of your cargo from the moment it leaves the supplier until it arrives at your warehouse. We monitor the container's position on the ship through the shipping lines' systems, the cargo flight status with the airline, and the truck's GPS location on the road. Every stage is visible. Every issue is managed before it impacts your operations. We proactively notify you about shipments, estimated arrival times, customs clearance, and delivery confirmations.
Customs Transit:
OTM and DTA: Optimize your supply chain without paying duties upfront.
Two key modalities of the Colombian customs transit regime that allow the movement of goods between jurisdictions with suspended duties. A strategic tool for managing inventory and cash flow.
Your company takes the cargo to the most convenient warehouse or free trade zone and partially clears it according to actual demand. You avoid tying up capital in duties on inventory you don't yet need.
DTA: Customs Transit Declaration
This allows cargo to be moved from the port of arrival to an authorized warehouse inland, with suspension of duties. The customs agency acts as the declarant before the DIAN (National Tax and Customs Directorate).
- Declarant: customs agency authorized by the DIAN.
- Destination: authorized warehouse, free zone or private warehouse.
- Taxes: suspended until effective nationalization.
- Land transporter: company registered and authorized by the DIAN.
- This applies to imports that require transfer to the interior.
OTM: Multimodal Transport Operation
Transportation using at least two different modes (maritime + land) under a single contract and document. The multimodal operator assumes full responsibility from origin to the depot in Colombia.
- A single transport document (DTM) from the country of origin.
- Taxes suspended in the form of continuation of journey.
- The OTM assumes responsibility before the DIAN for taxes and penalties.
- Destination: free zone or public or private authorized warehouse.
- It allows partial nationalization by batches as needed.
