1. 3. Document Management: We prepare, verify, consolidate, and archive all the documentation required for each transaction: commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading (BL and AWB), certificates of origin, foreign exchange declarations, Central Bank forms, and other documents required by the DIAN (Colombian Tax and Customs Authority) and regulatory agencies. Correct documentation prevents seizures, penalties, and legal contingencies that could disrupt your supply chain.
4. Foreign Exchange Management: We coordinate compliance with all obligations under the Colombian foreign exchange regime: international transfers for import payments, receipt of foreign currency for exports, foreign exchange declarations with the correct codes, handling of advance transfers and their legalization, management of compensation accounts, and monthly reports to the Central Bank and quarterly reports to the DIAN. Foreign exchange non-compliance can result in penalties of up to 100% of the transaction value: we prevent it.
5. Real-time tracking and traceability: We monitor the status of each operation at every point along its journey: container or air cargo position, customs status, estimated time of arrival (ETA) at the port or airport, ground transit status, and delivery confirmation. Every issue is proactively managed before it impacts your supply chain. You receive regular updates without needing to consult multiple suppliers to know the location of your merchandise.
6. Reporting and continuous optimization: We generate regular reports with operational performance indicators: transit times, costs per operation, frequency of incidents, regulatory compliance, and a comparison of routes and suppliers.
