1. Logistics coordination in free trade zones and distribution centers: We comprehensively coordinate the logistics operation of your merchandise within the country's main free trade zones and strategically located distribution centers. We manage the entry, transit, storage, and exit of goods, coordinating all stakeholders in the process: free trade zone operators, carriers, customs brokers, and regulatory agencies. Our active presence in multiple free trade zones ensures that your cargo is handled with agility, regulatory compliance, and full traceability, regardless of the city or port of arrival.
2. Participation in the client's supply chain: We actively integrate into your company's supply chain, not as an external supplier, but as a real link in the process. We coordinate the flow of raw materials, supplies, and finished products between origin, free trade zone, and final destination, guaranteeing on-time delivery, operational efficiency, and profitability at every stage. As a qualified industrial user, we can perform partial or complete transformation processes both within and outside the free trade zone, adding real value to your products under the free trade zone regime.
3. Conditioning: Labeling, Repackaging, Kitting, Picking, and Packing: We handle all the conditioning your merchandise requires to reach the end customer or the next link in the supply chain in optimal condition. This includes labeling according to the standards of the destination country or the customer, repackaging and rebranding, industrial shrink wrapping, kitting, picking, and final packing for shipment. All these processes are carried out within the free trade zone under regulatory control, without generating additional tax obligations, and with real-time photographic and inventory records for complete traceability.
4. Inventory Management and Logistics for E-Commerce: We manage your inventory in real time within the free trade zone using warehouse management systems (WMS) integrated with your e-commerce platform or ERP. We offer complete fulfillment models: receiving merchandise from abroad, duty-free storage, order picking, individual packaging, and delivery to the end customer with a shipping label. For e-commerce operations with international suppliers, the free trade zone allows you to stock inventory without paying duties until the actual sale, optimizing working capital.
5. Re-exports and Processing: We manage all procedures for re-exporting merchandise from the free trade zone to third countries, leveraging Colombia's existing international trade agreements. We also coordinate processing, complementation, assembly, and manufacturing within the free trade zone, generating products with Colombian added value that can be exported globally with national origin certification. In cases where merchandise cannot be cleared through customs in Colombia, we re-export it to the country of origin or to free trade zones abroad, ensuring all necessary procedures are completed.
6. Insurance for your merchandise: Your merchandise in a free trade zone requires specific protection based on its customs value, product type, and the inherent risks of storage and handling. We coordinate the procurement of specialized cargo and warehouse insurance for goods in free trade zones, including coverage during transit from the port to the free trade zone (DTA/OTM), during indefinite storage, and during conditioning and processing. The policy is linked to the inventory registered in the system, guaranteeing traceability between the insurance and the insured merchandise at all times.
